PAYMENT: ALL CLASSES WILL BE PAID ON A MONTHLY
BASIS.
PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE FIRST CLASS OF EACH MONTH.
TUITION PAYMENTS ARE DIVIDED INTO 10 EQUAL MONTHLY PAYMENTS.
YOUR TUITION IS YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENT, AND IS NOT RELATED
TO THE NUMBER OF CLASSES YOU RECEIVE IN ANY SPECIFIC MONTH.
TUITION IS BASED ON 37 WEEKS.
AT NO TIME SHOULD TUITION
AMOUNTS BE ADJUSTED UNLESS AUTHORIZED.
ALL LATE TUITION'S
WILL BE CHARGED A $10.00 LATE FEE IF IT GOES BEYOND THE
MONTH OWED.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS ON TUITION WILL BE GIVEN.
BILLING STATEMENTS: A BILL WILL BE SENT TO YOUR HOME IF YOU
HAVE AND OUTSTANDING BALANCE.
THIS WILL INCLUDE A LATE FEE,
SO PLEASE PAY YOUR TUITION ON TIME.
MAKEUP CLASSES: CHILDREN MAY MAKE UP MISSED CLASSES DUE TO
ILLNESS WITH ANOTHER CLASS OF THE SAME LEVEL, IF ONE IS AVAILABLE.
ALL CLASSES MUST BE MADE UP WITHIN THE MONTH THEY ARE MISSED
OR BE FORFEITED.
DUE TO OUR ANNUAL DANCE RECITAL AND GYMNASTICS
DEMONSTRATION,
THERE WILL BE NO MAKEUP CLASSES FOR THE MONTHS
OF APRIL, MAY AND JUNE.

open on certain holidays to meet 37 week tuition requirement.
There is one Monday holiday makeup.

PRE-
DANCE/ PRESCHOOL I and Kinderdance: Pink
leotard (bodysuit) pink tights and pink ballet
slippers. Ballet skirts and sweaters optional.
If your child has long hair, please pull it up
and neatly away from the face. (NOTE: TIGHTS
ARE OPTIONAL FOR SUMMER PRESCHOOL PROGRAM ONLY.
SOCKS MAY BE WORN IN THEIR PLACE.)
BALLET/TAP/JAZZ: Black
leotard (top) suntan tights, tan buckle or tie tap
shoes and pink ballet slippers (ballet slippers will
be worn for ballet and jazz). Long hair must be pulled
up and neatly away from the face.
STEPPING
UP I, II and III: Black leotard or black
dance dress; suntan tights, tan Bloch jazz slip-on
(s0401). Tan Block tap buckle, pink Capezio ballet
slipper. You may wear ballet skirts and ballet
sweaters. Please have hair pulled up neatly and
securely.
MINI
and PETITE DANCE COMPANY: Any pink ballet
slipper, Tan Bloch Flex slip on (tap), Tan Bella
jazz shoe (special order through WDGA only) Point
shoe: any beginner in pink. Jazz shoe is street
shoe size. All shoes will be ordered with a rubber
sole, so they cannot be returned. Payment must
be made at time of order. There will be only 2
orders placed per season. Hair must be pulled up
and away from face.
GYMNASTICS
Any color leotard, preferably a gymnastics leotard.
Boys should wear sweat pants or shorts with elastic waist only..T-shirt
or sweatshirt. Girls with long hair must have it pulled up and
away from their faces for every class.
MINI
GYM
Children may wear shorts, t-shirts, sweats. Girls may wear a gymnastics
leotard is they prefer. White socks or bare feet. Long hair pulled
up and away from the face.
- Quality
dance and gymnastics wear may be purchased at Competitor’s
Closet. *
